– How do you rate the stage clothing of the Lithuanian group “The Roop”? Do you think that everything in the image is enough and nothing is missing?

– I think The Roop’s attire and stage image should please and help both the artists and the public. In my opinion, everything is fine with her outfit. And they like Europe, they like it, so everything is great here. And when viewed in general context, they look really good.

The idea of ​​choosing yellow for the image is a PR stunt to sell. All musicians, as of any nature, try to attract that spectator to vote for them. I can’t tell if that yellow will help or confuse you; It’s hard to say, but it’s worth a try.

Everything here has been done successfully and I think they will enter the top three. They are very modern.

Everything has been normal with Lithuanian artists clothes lately. 30 years have passed since I got back from the addiction. And Lithuania for European foreigners is the same country as Sweden. If some Kazakhs come out in strange clothes, it is not surprising, but if the Lithuanians had come out in very bad taste, it would be strange for them, because there is still a kind of northern Scandinavian region, which has always had good taste. After all, our cities, Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipeda, look good, they are different, but they are all European.

– Perhaps the scenic image of some Eurovision actor was memorable and you liked it more?

– I like French, it is more classic, both in dressing and singing. If we compare the image and the song of the French with the Icelanders, it seems that the French is from the Edit Piaf period, where no one had a computer or a mobile phone.

And Icelanders, both their clothes and their performance are completely computer-based, it seems that my son, who is nine years old, has left computer games.

– Were there any clothes that starved your eyes? Which ones received the most attention?

– No one was too hungry for me, I look at it bullet point, as for what mix and don’t start choosing that mix. Well yeah, maybe I like beets better than potatoes. And in my opinion, Moldova is No something, and I was terrified for the final and I didn’t pass, because I was wrong with both the clothes and the performance. The ending was still more or less something to see and hear. And I’m not cheating on anything here, neither in terms of video nor audio.

– I noticed that many singers this year wore clothes that barely covered their bodies. For example, Azerbaijani girls. And even three artists, from Moldova, Albania and Cyprus, appeared on stage in similar outfits, glittering silver stockings. What’s here about fashion? Or is it lack of imagination? Obviously the desire to stand out, this time he changed his leg and allowed all the singers to become similar.

For example, an Israeli interpreter tore a white dress from her body, after which the body appeared to be trapped in a web of ropes. Couldn’t such a fashion for robbery end ten years ago?

– There are some artists who are trapped in time – all those stockings and sequins are trapped in the early Madonna, when Jean Paul Gaultier dressed her in all kinds of sparkly things, so like he’s stuck, there’s no way out.

For example, an artist from Cyprus – you will always find an audience who will like your image. That image suits her, it’s not bad at all, she remembers Kylie Minogue’s style. Clear and understandable to everyone. Eurovision is probably also seen by long-distance drivers, and I like the image of the girls, because they are still beautiful. And imagine you want to have a friend like that; it’s probably silly to them. They are on the verge of that: easy erotica, I would say. Men my age and older would probably vote for them. And for young people, perhaps even more interesting and how Russian in a red jumpsuit.

Another example is Philip Kirkorov with his company. Him, kind of like a branded slave, from the bandit period of 2000. So hideous soclageris, the former Soviet Union. I understand that Eurovision has long been not just a song contest, but a full set of shows. How do you rate this artist?

– About that Beethat boils with wings, I can’t say it’s very sweet, there’s already something here freakizmas. I can’t sneak into his childhood and find out what happened to him who goes on stage with those wings. They told him it would be nice, listen. Well, for him with wings even better than with a tail whatever or with someone else. And in the north there are also different people and different tastes. With those wings you can flap as much as you want, but the disaster is still so clear.

It is true that this festival is not a meeting of the highest taste.

– If it were your will, what artists would you have dressed differently?

– I would have dressed everyone differently, because here I am different and something natural. I think what kind of Icelanders could and could be made even more conceptually, their picture was not completely complete. Maybe they didn’t want to, it’s hard to say here now. Each designer would have dressed everyone differently. And you can’t say that if The Roop was a disaster, it wouldn’t have won here on the clothes, because if it had, it would have won 100 percent, but it doesn’t.

– Watching Eurovision, I am surprised, it seems that some of the participants have the same clothes as in the 2000s. It seems that nothing changes and demonstrating the beauty of the body on stage is still a priority no. 1 and more important than the performance of the song itself.

– Yes, it seems to other countries that the more the body demonstrates, the more they will vote for you. Sure, looking at what the body shows and to whom, but after all, they don’t see who is looking at them on television. You can show as much as you want, but it depends a lot on who is viewing them through the audience.
