Prince Harry, sixth in line to the throne, vows to visit his family for the first time after he resigned from the royal office and left the country, sources say.
It is true that the couple’s plans are not entirely clear yet; much will depend on the pandemic and the travel restrictions in place at the time.
However, according to sources, Harry would go to visit the Queen, Prince Charles and Prince William without his wife Meghan and, most likely, without their two children Archie.
It is noted that Meghan Markle’s preliminary ruling was made for “practical and personal reasons”, but should in no way be understood as “seizure”.
At the same time, however, it is argued that if Mr. Markle decides not to travel together, the Royal Household officials will be spared a headache and a rather uncomfortable situation.
To date, the couple were expected to attend major royal events in June, including Prince Philip’s 100th birthday and the official ceremony for the queen’s 95th birthday.
Prince Harry should also attend the long-awaited unveiling of the Princess Diana memorial statue at Kensington Palace.
Previously, there were concerns that Meghan and Harry’s participation in larger family events would inevitably draw the attention of the public and the media, potentially undermining the importance of special occasions.
