Following the announcement of the third global quarantine in the UK, the country’s most popular airports were quick to respond. Lithuanians who are ready to travel have already faced drawbacks: flights to Lithuania or from Lithuania to the UK are canceled one after another.

News portal England.today has already announced that London Stansted Airport has canceled all night flights and that it is solely up to the airlines whether flight times will be rescheduled or canceled entirely.
According to compatriots, Ryanair flights flying into Stansted airport have been canceled to this day.

It is also not allowed to buy tickets from, for example, Edinburgh to Kaunas until February.
Information on canceled flights has not yet been published on Ryanair’s official website, but there is no longer a way to buy a plane ticket to or from Stansted airport for the entire month of January.

WizzAir airlines from Luton Airport still offer twice weekly flights to or from Lithuania. The most frequent flight schedule, as the app shows, will only be updated from mid-February.
