The Lithuanian Summer Basketball League, formed in the summer of 2020, is even stronger in the second season. A tournament featuring a new general sponsor, with LKL basketball players, former and current members of the Lithuanian national team and future stars, will invite players from Lithuania and abroad under a new name in 2021: “Optibet Summer League” .

“Last summer’s league games received recognition from both spectators and players. Optibet Summer League will take place at Kėdainiai Arena this year from July 26 to August 2.

Tournament organizers are introducing a new format. The eight teams will be divided into two groups of four teams. After three days of group competition, the teams will have a day off, and then, according to the results, they will be divided into pairs according to the beginning of the playoffs and, with breaks, in the quarterfinals, semifinals and finals will be determined the winner. .
