According to the report, traditionally the opening hours of some Maxima stores have been extended during the summer season. According to Ernita Dapkienė, director of Maxima’s Communication and Image Department, as the days get shorter, so does the flow of customers late at night.
“When planning the store opening hours, we have also taken into account the current situation, where both our employees and our customers have to comply with more stringent safety regulations and requirements. We also evaluated and analyzed the distribution of customer flows so that everyone could comfortably plan their purchases, ”says E. Dapkienė.
Of almost a hundred and a half Maxima stores operating in Lithuania, as of October 1. 36 hours of work are reduced. Part of the stores that were open until 11 pm from now on will work until 10 pm, some will start working earlier, starting at 7 am. or will work less than 8 pm
Two Maxima XXX format stores in Vilnius and Klaipėda and 28 Maxima XX format stores in Lithuania will operate with the new hours: in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Alytus, Druskininkai, Gargždai, Ignalina, Jonava, Joniškis, Jurbarkas, Kėdainiai, Mažeikiai, Molėtai, Palanga, Plungė, Radviliškis, Raseiniai, Rokiškis, Tauragė, Ukmergė.
At other times, six Maxima X stores will be open in Ignalina, Palanga, Ukmergė, Vilnius and Zarasai.
