Officials of the 3rd Division of the Criminal Police Property Crime Investigation Board of the Vilnius County Chief Police Commissariat (LSC), in cooperation with Panevėžys County LSC officials, on May 8. They arrested two residents of Panevėžys County, suspected of stealing BMW cars.
According to preliminary data, on the night of May 8, in the Vilnius courtyard, in the courtyards of his own home, the BMW X5 and BMW 420 cars were stolen and he left the crime scene.
The same night, criminals noticed a suspicious “VW Passat” car driving towards Panevėžys. People in the car, seeing the officers, started throwing things out the window. On suspicion of robbery in the Vilnius district, the men were detained and items thrown from the car were found.
