Refusing to check amounts to serious drunkenness, so if the suspicion of driving is confirmed, the Belarusian awaits a pre-trial investigation. A foreigner (born 1986) was arrested and taken to a police station.
By the way, the country from which the woman was transferred to the hospital is not clear, as she did not have any identity documents with her.
There was a feast on the front passenger seat: a plastic beer bottle and a rolled cake. There was also a roll of toilet paper. White powder spread on the seat, maybe they had fallen off the cake.
