The Sacramento Kings have decided not to match $ 72 million for four years. The US dollar offer for Bogdan Bogdanovich allowed the Serb to become a new member of the Atlanta Hawks.

The 28-year-old 198cm defender was a restricted free agent, so Kings had 48 hours to decide if he wanted to keep Bogdanovich in his lineup. In the end, his answer was no.
“Thank you for allowing me to be yourself, for giving me the opportunity to pursue your dreams! Bogdanovich wrote on his Twitter account after Kings’ divorce. “Thank you to the fans and the city for welcoming me and supporting me all the time!”
During the offseason, the Hawks also signed Danilo Gallinari, District Rondo, Chris Dunn and Solomon Hill.
Bogdanovičius averaged 15.1 points, 3.4 rebounds and 3.4 assists last season. He played for three seasons at the Sacramento Club.
Bogdanovich was included in the Kings’ trade with the Milwaukee Bucks last week, but they were pulled because the Serb had not agreed to join the Bucks. The NBA has launched an investigation into possible early negotiations with Bogdanovich and a trade with the Sacramento Kings.
