“The helicopter search operation over the Curonian lagoon stopped at 7.15pm, the wanted person was not found,” the ministry said.

A service boat from the State Border Guard Service was dispatched to the scene and removed one person.
The AS-365 Dauphin helicopter of the Lithuanian Air Force was lifted in search of another person from the second search and rescue post in Nemirseta.
The Klaipeda State Port Authority announced that the harbor ships “Dangė” and “Zunda” also joined the search.
Port dispatchers were informed of the accident at 4:29 pm, it was reported that a man planning to take a bath had disappeared from a pleasure boat sailing in the Curonian lagoon behind Kiaule’s back.
According to the Ministry of National Defense, the helicopter returned to the search and rescue post in Nemirseta, and the boat of the people in distress was towed to the dock.
