First, the decision emphasizes that people who are ill or who have symptoms of an acute respiratory infection or who are subject to mandatory or recommended isolation cannot work on public transportation. For security reasons, it is recommended to separate them from the passengers or keep them at a distance of at least 2 meters. In the absence of such partitions, workers are also recommended to wear protective gear that covers the nose and mouth.

Selling travel tickets on public transport is not recommended.

It should be noted that it is recommended to carry as many passengers as seats on public transport. If standing passengers are transported, a distance of at least 1 meter between them must be guaranteed. It is also advisable not to sit face to face. The latter recommendations do not apply to spouses, close relatives, adoptive parents, adoptive parents, guardians, and caregivers.

Passengers other than children under the age of 6 are recommended to wear face masks, respirators, or other protective equipment on public transportation. All public transport vehicles should be equipped with hand sanitizers in a location that is clearly visible and convenient for passengers and that information on preventive measures for coronavirus infection is provided in a clearly visible location.

It is recommended to mark the waiting areas in the queue at the passenger embarkation and disembarkation points. There must be a distance of at least 1 meter between the rows.

It is also mandatory to ensure that frequently touched surfaces (handles, handrails, etc.) are regularly cleaned and disinfected on public transport. Cleaning and disinfection of the public transport vehicle must be carried out at least once a day.
