Provision of services, places of commerce, leisure and entertainment.
People who provide and carry out commercial activities and services must guarantee:
- Merchants and service providers and visitors over the age of 6 would wear nose and mouth protection. (Except when the service cannot be provided while the recipient is wearing a mask. It is not necessary to wear the mask when exercising at sports clubs and visiting amusement and leisure parks.)
- Visiting staff would wear nose and mouth protection in a closed catering facility.
- To maintain a safe distance of at least 1 meter in the queue of buyers and recipients of the service, to mark the mandatory distances between customers who are in the queue.
- Do not allow people with acute signs of upper respiratory disease (runny nose, cough, sneeze, shortness of breath) to enter the commercial and service areas.
- Maintain a distance of at least 2 meters between the workplaces of merchants and service providers, except in the case of partitions between workplaces of at least 140 cm in height, separating both workers and customers and waiting recipients.
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces (door handles, stair rails, electrical switches, chair holders, shopping carts and baskets, etc.) at least twice a day. Ventilate the facilities at least 1 hour a day.
- Make sure workers adhere to strict hand hygiene.
Public transport
Public transport companies must ensure that:
- People who are ill or who have symptoms of an acute respiratory infection or who are subject to mandatory or recommended isolation should not work on public transport.
- Public transport workers and passengers, with the exception of children under the age of 6, would wear nose and mouth protection on public transport. Public transport drivers may refuse to carry passengers who do not wear masks.
- It is recommended that drivers be partitioned or kept at least 2 meters apart from passengers and that there be as many passengers as possible. In the case of standing passengers, a distance of at least 1 meter between passengers must be guaranteed.
- It is recommended not to use the seats when seated face to face, except when spouses, close relatives, adoptive parents, adoptive parents, guardians and caregivers are seated.
- At passenger embarkation and disembarkation points, it is recommended to mark the waiting areas in a row, which must be at least 1 meter away.
- It is recommended not to sell travel tickets on public transport.
- It must be ensured that frequently touched surfaces (handles, handrails, etc.) are regularly cleaned and disinfected on public transport.
Requirements in state and municipal institutions
The following necessary conditions will be specified for the work places of state and municipal institutions, establishments, state and municipal companies:
