Klaipėda “Neptūnas” started their lineup with last year’s leaders and now introduced the first newcomer.
The club has officially signed a contract with Juliumi Juciku, spent last season at Utena Juventus and Kėdainiai Nevėžio-Optibet.
Šilutiškis will wear the Neptūnas jersey for the first time, but will be the fifth club in the Lithuanian Basketball League (Betsafe-LKL), after Juventus, Nevėžis, Vilnius Morning, Alytus Dzūkija and Šiauliai.
Last season in Utena he accumulated 11.4 points and 4.8 rebounds in 19 minutes, in Kėdainiai – 8.9 points and 4.6 rebounds in 22 minutes. High productivity fell after a long struggle with the consequences of the coronavirus.
Neptūnas has already extended contracts with David Gailius, Žygimantas Janavičius and Matas Jogėla. Džiugas Slavinskas left the club, probably the same fate awaits Simo Galdiko.
