Speaking about why the Ministers of National Defense and Foreign Affairs were not appointed ambassadors to the United States and the European Union, Mr. Nausėda said that the decision was based on amendments to the law initiated by Foreign Minister Gabriel Landsberg to restrict political appointments to diplomatic missions. .service.
