“We have selected several candidates. Among them are Veikmė, who had already submitted an offer, and Conresta and Panevėžys Construction Trust, both old and new contractors, and we have also received inquiries from abroad. As soon as we have a technical project a little more detailed, we will be able to complete this purchase, ”said Š. Stepukonis.
The foundation hopes to reach an agreement on a contract with the builders in the first quarter of next year.
“We hope to have the first quarter of next year, because we will need the contract for the concession to take effect, and it must come into effect within six months after signing,” Š. Stepukonis.
