“The valuation of the properties, which was carried out this year, will be equated with the tax values of the properties, which is very important for the payment of taxes to the state and municipal budgets for the next five years,” he explained.
The value of agricultural and commercial land has grown the most in recent years.

Apartments and residential houses became more expensive in Kaunas County. The value of apartments here increased by 8%, residential houses by 5%.
