Traditional pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 300 g of wheat flour;
  • 3 eggs;
  • about 100 g of butter;
  • 2 tbsp. spoon baking powder;
  • a pinch of vanilla sugar;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 3 tablespoons spoon sugar;
  • 2/3 glass of milk;
  • 1/3 glass of carbonated mineral water.

Doing:

1. First add the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt to a clean bowl.

2. Separate the egg yolks from the protein and place them in different containers.

3. Squeeze the yolks with the sugar until you get a homogeneous mass. Then melt the butter over low heat and bring it to a simmer. Pour the melted butter, milk and carbonated mineral water into the egg yolk and sugar dough and pour everything into the flour, mix the dough.

4. Finally, beat the egg whites until you get a firm foam and mix them with the dough, mixing everything well.

5. Bake pancakes in a well warmed pancake pan until golden brown. You can taste pancakes baked with your favorite jam, fresh berries, or sprinkle with icing sugar.
