After March 27. On March 29, officials from the Kaunas County Police Chief Commissariat (hereinafter Kaunas County VKP) broadcast the MAMA broadcast, which may have violated quarantine requirements. An administrative proceeding was initiated against the organizers of this broadcast.
Throughout this week, a variety of information and data related to the filming was collected. Officials analyzed both the live broadcast recordings that appeared in public space and the videos recorded by various CCTV cameras in the Žalgiris arena to assess who was doing what and when.
The organizers of this broadcast / filming were asked for various documents, documentation related to the filming and the people who were there and their relationship to the broadcast that took place. The organizers communicate and cooperate with the police, they delivered the requested documents during the week and the officers began their analysis.

Today in Kaunas County. The LSC initiated 42 administrative proceedings for minor offenses against persons who had not complied with the requirements of wearing masks and observing the prescribed distance (in a broad sense (in several spaces), since filming can, if necessary, not wearing a mask and / or not observing the prescribed distance for a maximum of 15 minutes).
8 people who agreed that an administrative violation report with a fine payment order would be emailed to them, officials have already done so. Individuals must pay € 250 each within the term.
Another 12 people received summons to go to the police station to write an administrative infraction report. Not all people cooperate with police officers and some ask to communicate through their managers or attorneys.
