People.lt Nicolás, one of the creators of “Born on the Same Day,” said the sad news was announced to Loreta and Roland’s colleagues on Tuesday by the show’s producer Vygintas Prebergas.
“In the morning we found out that Loreta was gone, and in the evening, that Roland was gone,” said Danutė Nicolas.

The couple described the couple living in Širvintos district as extremely warm and good people.
“They were inseparable, like a fist,” said Nicolás. The team that worked with L.Šinkūnienė and R. Povilionis has not yet specified the reasons for their deaths.
The couple died on January 12. It was that day that Loretta turned 52 years old.
L.Šinkūnienė and R. Povilionis were the producers of the reconstructions of the show “Born on the Same Day”.
“Loreta and Roland were a very important part of the team. They were responsible for the reproductive scenes of the program, finding their filming locations, selecting the actors, taking care of the props. Their life experience also saved them; it is unlikely that the thirties or forties can recreate with such precision the atmosphere of several decades ago ”, said Vygintas Prebergas, the producer of this program, to the portal Lrt.lt.
