Renata Cytacka, representative of LLRA-KŠS, was the third in this district, collecting 11.22 percent. votes.

The LLRA-KŠS, together with R. Cytacka, requests the court to suspend re-election in this constituency, as well as to oblige the Central Election Commission (CEC) to provide information on known electoral irregularities.

At the same time, it is requested that the results of the first round of the elections to the Seimas in this constituency be declared invalid.

Representatives of the LLRA-KŠS and the Labor Party called on the CEC earlier this week to annul the results in the Paneriai-Grigiškės constituency and to recalculate the votes throughout Lithuania.

According to politicians, the large number of ballots cast and found at the polls, as well as the number of invalid ballots and the fact that the ranking scores on several ballots are written with the same ballot, have the same handwriting.

The CCA asks law enforcement to investigate the latter case.

After counting the votes on Sunday in the Trakai Vokė district of the Paneriai-Grigiškės electoral district, it was established that approximately one-tenth of all votes were either not counted or incorrectly counted, no significant violations were observed in other districts. The CEC removed the president of this constituency electoral commission due to inadequate work to ensure factually correct electoral protocols.

The second round of the parliamentary elections will take place on Sunday.
