“All those who have found refuge in Lithuania can feel safe here. They will not be extradited to the regimes, neither for their fight for democracy nor for freedom of expression or religion,” said the head of the Foreign Ministry.

Incidentally, Sviatlan Cichanouskaya is denied extradition to the Belarusian authorities for the second time.
