G.Nausėda stated on Monday that several people on the list have visited Lithuania, and one of them even 15 times.

The president said he expected the list to expand.

The Baltic states imposed sanctions against Belarusian regime officials in response to the crackdown on protesters in Minsk and other cities in the country.

The protests in Belarus have been ongoing since the beginning of August, when the presidential elections were held. According to the electoral commission loyal to the regime, Lukashenko won them overwhelmingly, but the opposition claims that the results were falsified.
