J.Bacevičius informed lrt.lt that administrative protocols had been drawn up for offenders, and L. Kleiza would likely be administratively fined for not obeying the stop and for not having other documents necessary to not register the vehicle.
Admits guilt but denies trying to flee
15 minutes Contacting L. Kleiza herself, she said she was stopped on the road right next to her home and that she had recently purchased the ATV she was driving. The former basketball player says he simply did not have time to register his new vehicle, and the fact that he did not have the right to drive an ATV explains this with ignorance.
“I did not know that it was necessary to acquire an additional category of rights. But I understand that this does not absolve me of responsibility. The police worked very professionally and I admit those fines,” Linas said.

But I have nothing for it. than running, because it is simply a violation of traffic rules. I will pay the fine and take care of everything, “said L. Kleiza.
The latest raid on Saturday in January is also announced on the State Forest Enterprise Facebook page.
“Today, together with the police, we organized a joint raid and checked the drivers of the ATVs. Recently, many cases have been recorded in the forests of Nemenčinė when foresters find a broken forest floor when four-wheelers they go through forests instead of permitted roads.
In the woods we found a freight bus from which the boys were already pulling cross country motorcycles. They were warned and ended the trip without starting it.
We stopped three quads. It turned out that a driver was driving with expired driving licenses, another ATV was not registered, had no technical inspection and liability insurance ”, it is written on Facebook.
