In the Klaipėda Regional Court, the Council of Judges that heard the complaint of first instance received an unusual request during the first hearing: the lawyers representing the girl and her father asked to collect Manto’s profile. This request is based on the fact that a professional athlete does not have any penalties, but that does not reveal their manners. With the consent of the court, such a complaint was already on the judges’ table on Tuesday.
Mantas, who went to court as before, was speechless. Mindaugas Vasiliauskas, representative of a wounded and wounded drunk young man, says the victim still feels the consequences.

Although the lawyer is still reluctant to speak, the prosecutor is more open about the matter. According to him, in addition to the damages already awarded, it is requested to add another 30 thousand euros to the victim and his father as compensation for moral damage.
The lawyer assessed that the amount requested was adequate, and the perception of the type of the serious crime he had committed, according to the lawyer, could only be achieved by imposing a real penalty of deprivation.
Delfi recalls that the crime was committed on the morning of May 26 last year, around 4.30 pm. According to the preliminary data of the investigation, in the district of Taurag rural, in a rural tourism farm, an intoxicated minor (born in 2001) tried to rape a minor (born in 2002) using physical violence. The guy’s arrest revealed that the suspect was drunk. It was set at 1.12 avg. drunkenness.

Friends who found the girl outside called the doctors and diligently followed instructions so that the victim would not lose consciousness. Doctors repaired the jaw fracture, but the teenager still has to visit a doctor and a psychologist.
Mantas was sentenced to three years and four months in prison at the Tauragė District Court. However, the court’s decision was appealed by the victim’s lawyers and the prosecution. Soon, a complaint from the defendants reached the Klaipėda Regional Court, which states that the boy did not end the crime voluntarily, he did not rape the girl.
The guy who expressed his desire to participate in court did not attend the first scheduled hearing in Klaipeda. He informed the court about his illness just before the trial, so the case was not opened.
