According to LPKC, regular passenger transport to Andorra, Luxembourg, Croatia, San Marino and Lithuania will be frozen from next Monday.

Latvia has a requirement to isolate itself from countries severely affected by a pandemic. Waivers were granted to the Vatican and Iceland last week, but the Holy See remained on the list this week.

Isolation is also mandatory for arrivals from the remaining 26 EU countries, Andorra, the United Kingdom, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino and Switzerland.

For countries on other continents, isolation is not required when returning from Japan, South Korea, Rwanda, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, and Singapore. Now it is mandatory to isolate those arriving from Uruguay.
