“I think Melo has adapted to NBA basketball much better than we could have imagined,” Jordan told the Associated Press. “So far, it exceeds all of our expectations.”
Ballas, 19, leads the NBA rookie in most statistical categories thus far: points scored (average 15.8), assists (6.3), rebounds (6) and interceptions (1.6) .
“Our main goal is to put together a team of stable winners and free agents who want to play here, like Gordon Hayward did,” Jordan continued. – This team is not just Melo. It’s a group of talented young men. “
