In the middle of the third quarter, the guests managed to get closer to 4 points – 57:61, but Kaunas did not approach the rivals and faced the last quarter with an iron control of the match and the series (76:64).
In the last 10 minutes, the Milky Stars have been unable to create more intrigue. Both teams left the least competitive basketball players on the floor, Martin Geben scored the 100 point for Žalgiris, and the final result of the match announced the undisputed triumph of Kaunas – 103: 77.
