On Saturday and Sunday, the biggest Lithuanian basketball festival of the year, the four finalists of the Citadele King Mindaugas Cup (Citadele KMT), will take place at the Cido Arena in Panevėžys. There will also be a Betsafe sniper competition over the weekend with ten participants.
Just before the start of the event, there were changes to the list of participants. The Nevėžis-Optibet team from Kėdainiai previously delegated Justas Tamulis, but in the competition it changes Domantas Vilys.
D.Vilys will also become the youngest participant in the Betsafe sniper competition: this basketball player from the Kėdainiai team is 21 years old.
Artūras Milaknis will represent Kaunas “Žalgiris” in the competition, American Andrew Goudelockas and Lukas Uleckas will defend the honor of Vilnius “Rytas”.
Marius Runkauskas will represent Utena Juventus. Marius Valinskas for Panevėžys Lietkabelis. Brankas Mirkovičius became the representative of Pasvalys’ Milk Stars.
Prienai CBet striker Mindaugas Sušinskas became the top participant in the competition. Klaipėda “Neptūnas” sends Evaldas Šaulis to fight for the title of best pitcher.
Tadas Rinkūnas is the representative of Alytus Dzūkija, Elvaras Fridriksson will defend the colors of Šiauliai among the best pitchers.
The sniper competition will take place on February 14, before the final Citadele KMT match. Žalgiris, Neptūnas, Lietkabelis and Juventus will compete for the winners trophy in Panevėžys.
