Karolis Žukauskas: Agnė Širinskienė is a liar and it is very easy to prove

Agnė Širinskienė violated quarantine rules on Sunday. Instead of confessing, lying, misleading others, and encouraging the public not to follow these rules, they have a large following on Facebook.

It is very easy to verify that Širinskienė is lying. She says that:

1. On Sunday night I wanted to go to Vilnius.
2. There was only 50 km of fuel left, so he headed to Visaginas.
3. Not wanting to leave her husband at risk without food, she went to the Lidl store in Visaginas.

Visaginas is already in another municipality, on the opposite side of Vilnius, so Širinskienė violated the quarantine rules. Obviously the ladies wanted to learn in a bigger store, so he went to Visaginas, which is on the other side of Dūkštas from Vilnius.

There is at least one grocery store in Dūkste open until 9pm. A member of the Seimas could buy food there. The gas station would have been on the way to Vilnius, Ignalina, 28 km away, so the excuse for fuel is just fictitious.

Instead of going there, Širinskienė travels 14 km in the opposite direction, to Visaginas, stinks, and preceded by refueling. After graduating, he also writes a long essay on Facebook, in which he laments the (attention) “logic of the paramilitary state.”

And here we can draw some conclusions.

First of all, Širinskienė is hypocritical, because in her excuse she often emphasizes her husband at risk, but when there was a vote in the Seimas on teleworking, she voted and campaigned against. Seeing how the virus spreads in the Seimas, the biggest risk for Širinskienė’s husband is not the shops, but the Seimas member herself.

Second, Širinskienė is a liar. You could refuel at Ignalina on the way to Vilnius, but you needed it to learn. Everything else is just her fairy tales.

Third, Širinskienė is a provocateur. Having contributed to the elaboration of this covid oatmeal in Lithuania, instead of remaining silent in the corner, as children who have worked in pants do, now she steps up to the rostrum and causes the nation to not follow the quarantine rules, distrusting the setting adopted.

Fourth, it is only a matter of time before Širinskienė begins to question the COVID-19 vaccine due to lack of attention and provocations.

Fifth, Lithuanian police officers are great, in principle they work, regardless of who wants to buy in the neighboring municipality. And pigs will always appear softer than others.
