Jonava’s CBet, which dominated the final, won the NKL champion title and the right to play in the Lithuanian basketball league for the first time in the club’s history.
Pupils of Virginijus Šeškaus in the final of the quartet held in Jonava 100: 66 (24:14, 19:20, 35:18, 22:14) defeated the Telšiai basketball players.
CBet’s biggest achievement to date was second place. In the 2006-2007 season, the inhabitants of Jonava marched to the final, where they lost 2: 3 to the Klaipėda Neptūnas-Akvaservis team in a series of up to three victories.
