In an interview that aired Wednesday, Biden said that Major, who was bitten by a security agent at the White House, was in fact a “cute dog.” Explaining the unpleasant incident, he said that the dog “came out of the corner, there were two people completely unknown to him … They moved and he rushed to defend.”
