The 18th International Christmas Fair was opened by Andrea Kedmenec, Chairperson of the Christmas Fair Committee of the Vilnius International Women’s Association (wife of the Croatian Ambassador to Lithuania), Birutė Vizgirdienė, Honorary Patron of the International Christmas Fair.

Goodwill Ambassadors Florist Mantas Petruškevičius, Miss Lithuania 2019 Grėtė Brokienė, Lithuanian-American, public figure Lidija Rasutis visited the fair. The country’s first lady Diana Nausėdienė relayed the wishes remotely.

Tomas Lagenzov, who led the inauguration of the International Christmas Fair at the Pacai Hotel, presented the benefits that people who are looking forward to the holidays will be able to buy at the fair, which has moved to the Internet space. Afterwards, the guests of the event were invited to weave Advent wreaths.

The funds raised during the fair will traditionally be donated to fifteen Lithuanian organizations concerned with the welfare of children, women, the disabled and the elderly.
