There was an accident in the Vilnius district on Sunday night. A motorcycle carrying two people crashed into the rear of the SUV. 2 people were affected.

The traffic accident occurred at approximately 6:30 p.m. practically on the outskirts of the Vilnius district, near the town of Pociūnai. At the crossroads, to turn left, the SUV stopped to pass cars in the opposite direction. A moment later, the motorcyclist, who was coming from behind, collided with the rear of the car.
The motorcycle rider and his passenger, a 16-year-old girl, were seriously affected during the incident. The condition of the driver at the scene suddenly began to deteriorate, but he managed to say that he did not notice the front of the SUV. He suffered multiple injuries and was rushed to the hospital. The passenger was also hit, but not so badly.
Passengers in the Nissan Terrano SUV said the impact was very severe, but luckily they were wearing seat belts.
