For its part, the Russian Defense Ministry has announced that a commission will be dispatched to the disaster site to explain the cause of the disaster. According to the agency, the plane was piloted by five Russian soldiers and three Turkish citizens, who showed the crew the fires.

Russia reported later on Saturday that a Be-200 firefighting plane crash in Turkey had killed all eight people on board.
According to the report, the Russian-owned Be-200 crashed around 3 pm 10 minutes. Moscow (and Lithuania) near the southern city of Adana, as it prepared to land after completing the firefighting task.
Russian consular representatives and a commission from the Defense Ministry went to the scene of the disaster.
