Police said that during a search and inspection of farm facilities belonging to the man, who was born in 1987, the findings came as a surprise: A home-made vodka factory was discovered.
In it, the officers found two plastic containers with 1,000 liters of clear liquid with a specific smell of house vodka and a 1,000-liter plastic container with yeast. And in the same building where the house vodka making process took place, the same house vodka machine was found.
The law provides for criminal liability for such production. The suspect was arrested and detained.
A pre-trial investigation has been launched at the Telšiai District Police Station.
