Speaking from the Seimas court, he claimed that P. Gražulis, seeking financial gain without signs of bribery, abused the position of a Seimas member from May 18, 2015 to February 13, 2017, as a result of which the state suffered significant damage.

P. Gražulis is suspected of violating article 228 § 2 of the Penal Code, that is, in the absence of signs of bribery, he abused his official position in search of property or other personal benefits.
