The increased spaces between the chairs in the conference rooms of the Dainava Center, where the great readings and award ceremonies were held, the masks on the guests, and sometimes even the faces of the readers, strangely resonated with the free spirit of the latest events as PDR moves to the Širdelė coffee tables. decreases to microscopic values.

The intrigue of who will receive the Jotvingis and Young Jotvingis prize was left behind a week ago when the Ministry of Culture circulated a report with the names of the winners. By decision of the Jotvingiai Prize Committee, the Jotvingiai Prize was awarded to the writer Alvydas Šlepikas for his collection of poems “My father dies”, published by the Lithuanian Writers Union Publishing House in 2019. Donatas Petrošius was the first to receive it, and Patricija Gudeikaitė won it this year. In addition, a large number of anonymous poems, humorous and other award-winning cash prizes were distributed, most of which were deposited in the same bar “Corazones” or allowed their participants to perform nobly in the auction.
