COVID-19 continues to spread in Euroleague clubs. Saint Petersburg Zenit, represented by Artūras Gudaitis, announced that the team had identified three COVID-19 infections: players Anton Pushkov and Austin Hollins and physical therapist Andrei Kozlov.
