On Saturday, the highest heat finally reached the southern districts, with temperatures rising to 11-13 degrees. But it was only 6-8 degrees on the northwest side of the country.
On Sunday, the temperature contrast between the southern and northern districts of the country will also be considerable.
As air flows from the southwest to the south, much warmer air will gradually penetrate Lithuania during the day. The highest heat, 15 to 18 degrees, will cover the southern districts, and in the northern districts of the north, temperatures are unlikely to rise above 10 to 12 degrees. As the warm atmospheric front moves north, a thicker cloud band will travel north, but no major rainfall is expected. The highest heat, reaching 13-14 degrees, should reach the seashore in the second half of the day.
On Monday we will still enjoy the warm weather. Only the PR wind will blow stronger. The temperature differences between the regions will no longer be great. More heat will already travel to the extreme north of the country. The temperature is expected to be 4 to 8 degrees at night and 13 to 17 degrees during the day. During the day, places in the west of the country will briefly touch. This heat won’t last long.
On Tuesday, the western weather will begin to penetrate again, it will rain heavily, and the temperature on the western side of the country will be only 6-7 degrees during the day.
