“Although the real estate market (RE) is experiencing a period of uncertainty due to the COVID-19 virus and the ongoing quarantine, we have no doubts about the success of the Namų-Kintai project. According to sales statistics for new apartments from last year, Šnipiškės was the leader of the district: 14 percent of all new apartments were sold here, and demand was even higher than the new offer from real estate developers. The appeal of the district will not disappear anywhere and will only be strengthened due to that both the real estate developers and the investments of the Vilnius municipality transform the abandoned fields, “says Rūta Grucienė, director of the Galio Group residential project.
According to R. Grucienė, the construction of the “House-Kintai” project will be carried out in parallel with the Vilnius municipality brownfield project between Kintų and Giedraičių streets, where a modern and attractive community space will be created, as well as parallel to the important Vilnius residents movement. Residents experience the same sense of uncertainty as businesses, feel anxious, and some residents are reluctant to spend large sums of money. Therefore, we decided to provide the opportunity to pay the initial payment in installments monthly until the end of the construction of the project. We are a financially stable and reliable development company, so we try to take into account the problems of our clients and we are and we will be flexible in the future ”, says R.
