“The recovery of the real estate market, which began in the middle of the summer, continued in October; the transaction curves of individual categories of real estate continued to rise, reaching the highest point this year. In addition, the transaction result only for apartments, houses and land registered separately in October is, in general, the highest in recent years. However, it is likely that with the increasing number of COVID-19 cases in the country, the uncertainty in the market seen in the spring could return, which will undoubtedly adjust the volume of real estate transactions in the coming months, ”said Paulius Rudzkis, Acting Head of the Data Analysis and Solutions Department.
