Fortunately, the hooligan’s shadows were captured by video surveillance cameras monitoring the city. Crackers also filmed the behavior of the hooligans on mobile phones.
“We approached the police about the incident. We passed on to them all the information we had, the evidence that we had. Now we are awaiting the appropriate action from the police officers. We hope that the hooligan will be restrained,” said the local elder.
