In Kaunas, the BMW driver jumped from the scene – it turned out that the fugitive was a drunken soldier

According to the Police Department, on March 12, at approximately 1 hour 30 minutes at the intersection of Kaunas S.Žukauskas and K.Škirpos streets, a Mercedes Benz E280, driven by a man born in 1992, and a BMW X5, whose driver was from the scene, collided withdrew.

The fugitive was soon arrested.

The suspect is a non-drunk soldier of the Lithuanian Armed Forces, born in 1997. It was fixed at 1.84 prom.

The driver who escaped from the scene was interviewed.

A pre-trial investigation into drunk driving has been launched.
