According to V. Budrienė, the lowest customer flows are monitored on weekdays and Saturdays from the opening of the store until 10 am, as well as from 8 pm. until the store closes. On Sundays, there are few full-time stores in the human trafficking chain. Some stores are reported to open at 7:30 a.m. and close at 10 p.m. or 11 p.m.

“In the morning, residents tend to spend time on work tasks or children’s needs. However, we also noticed a lower flow of customers in stores late at night, so we encourage residents to take advantage of opportunities. flexible and plan purchases in the evening or on Sundays, ”says V. Budrienė.

The retail chain has previously announced that the flow of shoppers in stores will be regulated by shopping carts and baskets. Now their number has been further reduced: the number of trolleys and baskets is calculated in such a way as to guarantee a safe area of ​​15 m2. m of surface per buyer. Security guards must make sure that each buyer only shoots with one basket or cart.

Iki’s communication chief says that the retail chain also takes into account the government’s recommendations regarding promotions for promotions and discounts. Short-term promotions of one hour have been suspended to avoid further increases in customer flows to points of sale. Shoppers are also encouraged to plan their shopping cart in advance, compile a list of products and goods, and shop accordingly. This will help you to spend less time at the point of sale and to shop as safely as possible.

Stores use strict disinfectants, disinfect surfaces and shopping baskets.
