When asked if the goats were actually fed by people who mowed grass, he noted that this is done specifically, because then visitors have a job.
“We allow this to be done, we even sell our bars to people to feed them. They willingly feed and have so much attraction, I really don’t see anything wrong with this kind of behavior. Because the animals may seem frozen, it is now summer, but they should definitely not be fed. “
E. Legeck refuted the charge of bald guinea pigs alleging that some of them are feeding their young, for what happens. He also explained that they are just a signature for wildlife.
“We also have another guinea pig that gave birth to children and was flooded after breastfeeding, but we can assure people that guinea pigs are kept for animal feed. They are food, not part of the exhibition. So are rabbits, goats, rams, they are all predators. We keep these animals in pens and we graze until we have something to feed, and we don’t give them away immediately, but when the females are pregnant they give birth to the young, so we can feed them with much better meat. ”
