The prime ministerial candidate, who visited the LVŽS faction, immediately invited the members of the faction to ask questions, if any.
“The procedure is routine. Like all candidates, I travel through factions. It seems to me that what I wanted to say at the beginning, I said in plenary, I would probably prefer to answer questions or comments if the members of the faction had that, ”said I. Šimonytė.
But the politicians decided not to ask anything.
“Are there any questions?” Asked Ramūnas Karbauskis, the leader of LVŽS.
The group members were silent.
After the break, R. Karbauskis said: “None. Thanks a lot.”
“Fantasy! It’s very effective,” I. Šimonytė pointed out wryly.
He later said that he did not know why LVŽS did not ask any of that.
“I have come to the group, as provided in the Statute, to meet in good faith, determined to answer any questions that may be posed to me. If there are no such questions, I will go and look forward to the next meeting, “I. Šimonytė told reporters.
