“I always helped my mother if she had a problem, I was there, she even entrusted me with the PIN codes of her card,” he said in court.

According to her husband, on the eve of the murder, he and his mother were at the funeral of his ex-wife’s aunt and then drank vodka.

“I already felt bad in the cemetery, I was not myself, I even discovered that the excavators had not dug the well as much,” said S. Minejev. – It was only later that I learned that both my mother and I were already infected with the coronavirus at that time. I suspected something was wrong with me. “

The man said that when he returned home, he had a conflict with his mother and broke all the furniture, his phone.

“Then I felt very bad, I left the house, I wandered the streets all night and in the morning I decided to have another drink. I bought a bottle of vodka and went to the neighbor,” Mineev said. – He refused to drink, but his mother drank with me. It was around 8pm in the morning. I was very scared, I realized that I needed to call and ask for help, but I didn’t have a phone. I went to see another neighbor, called my ex-wife and told her that I killed my mother. I don’t know why I said that, because I wasn’t sure she was dead at the time. “

The defendant argued that there was a state of shock at the time.

“Then I left the house, I walked towards Pilaitė – I sat on the ground in the forest, I didn’t know what to do,” continued S. Minejevas. – After a while I went to the bus stop, I saw a man here, I asked him to let him use his phone. When the man got on the bus, I was late and then called my ex-wife again. “

“I really don’t remember, I know the police came early, they used an electric shock on me, I had a blackout of conscience again,” Mineev said in court.

“I wanted to live, I wanted to work, I wanted to help everyone, but I was unlucky,” Minejev exclaimed.
