On Friday, the qualifying stages of the Hoptrans 3×3 tournament ended with an emotional match, after which all the teams that made it to the final weekend were revealed.
In the third and final stage of the national team, Šakiai “Vytis-Gulbelė” triumphed, defeating the basketball players of Utena “Juventus-Uniclub Casino” in the final 22:13. For first place on the stage, the winners received 100 tournament credit points.
In third place was the Kaunas district “Tauras”, and fourth, the club “Šiauliai”, which landed in Utena.
Juventus-Uniclub Casino has won the first two rounds of the Hoptrans 3×3 tournament selection.
At the end of the qualifying rounds, the teams were also ranked according to points, and the top eight clubs will play in the final round next week.

During the break until the semifinals, there was also a three point competition, but this time there were 2 and 3 point value opportunities. After the first round with 9 points, the first was Tom paches, with 8 seconds – Darius Tarvydas. Both reached the final.
Aurelijus Pukelis scored 7 points, Deividas Rasys – 6, Rokas Stankevičius – 5, Adas Šimonis and Eimantas Stankevičius – 4 each, Klaidas Metrikis – 3.
In the final, D.Tarvydas managed to score just 1 point, and after that, T.Pačės, who was behind him, scored 8 and thus easily won the competition.
