Social security orphan’s pension

If one or both parents (adoptive parents) die and are orphaned, you can apply for an orphan’s pension. The orphan’s pension is paid to children under 18, or under 24 if they study or study. And also for orphans who have been declared unable to work or partially able to work up to the age of 24.

The orphan’s pension is 50%. the amount of the deceased’s incapacity for work or old-age pension, paid monthly. If the orphan’s pensions are awarded to two or more children (adopted), the amount is divided equally among all.

The orphan’s welfare pension can be granted to the deceased’s children under 18 years of age, older if they are studying or studying, until the end of their studies, but not older than 24 years. The one-time insurance benefit equals 46.55 percent. the national average salary in force in the month of death of the insured. It will be divided equally by all the people who are entitled to it or it will be paid to a single beneficiary.

This benefit must be requested no later than 3 months after the event is recognized as an insured event.

Periodic insurance benefit for the insured in case of death

If the insured person dies as a result of an accident at work or an acute occupational disease, the deceased is incapacitated or has the right to alimony, as well as the children of the deceased born no later than 300 days after his death are entitled to insurance periodic profit.

The periodic benefit can be granted for the previous period, but not more than 12 months, if the request is made within 3 years from the date of entitlement to the benefit.

This benefit depends on the income of the former deceased and the national average salary. The amount of the benefit received is paid to each person, regardless of the other income received, unless a widow’s orphan’s pension from social security is paid for the same insured event.
