Melinda Katz, a lawyer for the Queens District Attorney’s Office, said the defendant had legally obtained access to the actor’s credit cards, but allegedly continued to use them to spend “astronomical sums of money.”
Syer is said to have purchased items, including Louis Vuitton bags and Patek Philippe watches, all worth roughly $ 825,000. euros. Katz said the man also used his Instagram account to post shopping photos.
