Shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Avia Solutions Group Gediminas Winter buys the companies that run the Vilnius Siemens and Panevėžys Cido stadiums and the ticket distribution company Tiketa.
Avia Solutions Group BNS has confirmed that DG21, a company controlled by G. Žiemelis and investing in long-term real estate projects, has signed an agreement to acquire Universali arena, the company that manages Siemens Arena, and three other group companies.
“The transaction will be completed with the approval of the Competition Council,” BNS commented on Avia Solutions Group.
The group has not yet released any further information, Vilma Vaitiekūnaitė, its communications manager, told BNS. Arūnas Mačiuitis, one of the Universal Arena shareholders, told BNS that the transaction also includes Cido Arena, ticket distribution company Tiketa and event organizer SEVEN Live.
